Return Policy.

Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify the staff at the Cashier Counter of Junji Ito Horror House Malaysia located at LG1-16, LaLaport BBCC, 2, Jln Hang Tuah, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 3 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchased price will be refund.

Refund Policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately notify you on the eligibility of the refund in the case that it cannot be replaced. The refund will be in Store Credit only.
